From the Gaya Forest

Growing up can feel like navigating a fierce monsoon without an umbrella. Your body changes, friendships shift, and sudden, overwhelming emotions hit like a storm. This trilogy follows two unlikely friends—Svasti, a boy the world calls worthless, and Sujata, a girl crushed by everyone’s expectations—as they discover an ancient magic that needs no wand or spellbook. Only your own heartbeat, and one slow breath.

A Mindful Tale of the Gaya Forest

When the monsters roar, learn to stop time.

Eleven-year-old Svasti’s whole life is made of mud—until a lost calf leads him into the forbidden forest and a teacher who offers him something no one ever has: the belief that he matters. Alongside Sujata, a chief’s daughter suffocating under her own golden cage, he learns to build an invisible shield against cruel words, drop an anchor when panic crashes over him, and cast the “Time-Stopper” spell to find calm in chaos.

The Invisible Boy and the Secret Garden

The cleverest monsters don’t roar. They whisper.

Now teenagers living inside the Buddha’s monastery, Svasti and Sujata face quieter, sneakier monsters—the ones that wear your own face and whisper you don’t belong here. They meet Rahula, a prince terrified of being ordinary; Sunita, a boy the world decided was invisible; and Devadatta, whose beautiful smile hides an empire of exclusion. The lesson is harder this time: the real battle is fought inside your own head.

The Lion’s Roar and the Final Magic

This is the book about letting go.

Now young adults, the friends face the monster that doesn’t roar or whisper—it simply sits down beside you. Its name is Loss. They walk into a killer’s forest, march for justice on bleeding feet, and watch their beloved teacher grow old. To survive, they must learn the final magic and become their own teachers—an island unto themselves. A circle closes, and the flame passes from one imperfect human to the next.

About the Author

Chunfeng “Breeze” Dong

Mindfulness coach · Springbreeze Ventures

For twenty years Breeze worked with leaders inside the world’s biggest companies—places where people stare at screens for twelve hours and call it a normal Tuesday. But the missing piece wasn’t in the boardroom. It was in the mountains of Bhutan and Nepal, where she studied mindfulness and Buddhist psychology—the same ancient wisdom the Buddha teaches Svasti in these books.

She wrote this trilogy for one reason above all: her daughter. Watching her own child hit the teenage years, she recognised every monster in these pages—and thought, I know the magic for this. But nobody taught it to me when I was thirteen, when I needed it most. So she wrote it down. Not as a textbook, but as a story—because stories are how humans have passed on their most important secrets since the first campfire.
